Collaborating directly with the original owners of the #1 Puerto Rican fast-food barbecue chicken establishment, we orchestrated their strategic expansion into the U.S. market. Our work encompassed a complete rebranding, a robust marketing strategy, and a detailed go-to-market plan, culminating into a launch proposal for a relevant East Coast neighborhood.
